GWAR: CHECKS IN FROM THE ROAD

USA intergalactic metal warriors GWAR have checked in from the road, as the band is continuing the bands current North American tour (with EVERY TIME I DIE, WARBEAST and GHOUL) in honer of deceased guitarist CORY SMOOT (AKA Flattus Maximus).
FROM GWAR: Thanks to everybody that made the Edmonton show so amazing. Lets make the rest of this tour a tribute to our fallen brother. I know everyone is hurting as much as we are, and after last night I was completely blown away by the healing power of music. We love you Cory and will never forget how much you meant to us, your family, and the metal world. Thanks Calgary for the great show and everyone else who has reached out to us in this terrible time. We just arrived in Vancouver and are catching our breath for the first time in days. Peace to everyone. There will be an announcement in the first half of this week regarding memorial services. There won't be any other information until the medical report is done, and that may be a while. So keep sending your love to the family, and especially Jamie...she needs everything we can give her.

Thanks-Stay Metal, Stay Brutal-\m/ -l- RIP CORY SMOOT
