EVOKEN ANNOUNCE CHUCK SCHULDINER SHOW 7/16/09 EUROPA, BROOKLYN NYC

New Jersey, USA doomsters EVOKEN have issued this update and show announcement: FROM EVOKEN MYSPACE: Greetings all,

We wanted to just pass along our apology to any fans and friends who were looking to see us in Philadelphia this past weekend. Unfortunately, the communication with the venue involved was weak. After making an attempt to salvage this show, for us, up until the final couple of days, the venue decided to cease returning any last hope emails we sent. So, we simply felt it would not have benefit us or our fans with such weakness. We are working with another individual to book another show in Philadelphia...more as it comes available

With that, we are finally returning to the NY area with our first show there in several years. July 16, 2009 we will be part of the WYNU radio's "Chuck Schuldiner Commemoration Show" at Club Europa in Brooklyn, NY. Details can be found on the site, under the "Upcoming Show" portion of the page.

More shows are on the bleak horizon.
