DARK FUNERAL VIDEO PULLED FROM MYSPACE

The uncensored version of the DARK FUNERAL video "MY FUNERAL" was recently pulled from MYSPACE (EDITORS NOTE: You can see the the uncensored video of DARK FUNERAL's "MY FUNERAL" from the bands anticipated release "Angelus Exuro Pro Eternus" on (BLABBERMOUTH.NET) ..Despite the uncalled for censorship, DARK FUNERAL have uploaded the censored version of the video "MY FUNERAL" on the bands MYSPACE. DARK FUNERAL's video for "MY FUNERAL" depicts a man shooting himself in the head, committing suicide.

FROM DARK FUNERAL: After nearly 30,000 views, the full and uncensored version of "My Funeral", the brand new video from Swedish black metallers DARK FUNERAL, has been pulled from MySpace. An alternate, censored, version of the video will be added later today at www.myspace.com/darkfuneral.

Commented guitarist Lord Ahriman: "So, it took about three days, and from what I have been told, 30,000 views, for MySpace to pull our new majestic video for 'My Funeral'. That's fucking lame, to say the least! Even though I respect MySpace and their rules, I'm totally against censorship. The way I see it, and as long as it's not illegal (and there sure wasn't anything illegal in the video), if you find something on the Internet you don’t like, just don't fucking watch it! How hard can it be? Let everyone else who enjoy it do so without your interfering. Either way, whoever flagged it should know that you just did us a great, great favor; thank you! Now people will hunt the uncensored version and I'm absolutely sure that your pathetic action will increase the plays with thousands and thousands of views. So, once again, thank you, but fuck you! I hope the rest of you enjoy our new tune and video anyway!"

The uncensored version of the "My Funeral" video can be viewed below. (WARNING: Video features graphic violence and is not suitable for all ages. Viewer discretion is advised.) The clip was shot in and outside an old and closed mental hospital by Standard Film Team.

According to the band, "My Funeral" "is one of the three heavier, non-blast-beat songs" that are featured on DARK FUNERAL's new full-length album, "Angelus Exuro Pro Eternus".
