LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE's (involuntary) manslaughter case resumes in Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC, 3/4 and 5, 2013 this week after an adjournment in regards to a key witness whom was sick.
LAMB OF GOD vocalist RANDY BLYTHE has kept his promise and is in court today for his trial as he has been charged with manslaughter (or bodily harm in the 4th) in relation to the 5/2010 death of a stage diving fan (DANIEL NOSEK) PRAGUE, CZECH REPUBLIC @ THE ABATON..
Today, 3/4/2013 in Prague, CZECH REPUBLIC court, experts disagreed on whether BLYTHE was "aggressive" on stage as psychologists (Thereza Soukupova, Alena Goyova) were divided if BLYTHE had any antisocial personality disorders.
A female fan, (Anna Rozsivalova) testified she saw RANDY BLYTHE "Push DANIEL NOSEK off the stage with alot of force on shoulders, off the stage" as the pit parted and NOSEK fell to the floor.
RANDY BLYTHE's lawyers filed an expert brief on body mechanics as to whether or not NOSEK could have been injured in the context of his dive vs. any aspect of shoving NOSEK as Prosecutor Valdimir Muzik objected.
An (ABATON) security guard (door-Jan Cernansky) was in court and interviewed as a witness as a video had been shared on the internet of a different security guard pushing NOSEK off the stage.
Tomorrow, will feature one more witness in RANDY BLYTHE's defense, closing arguments, a statement from RANDY BLYTHE and perhaps a verdict by the end of the week.
DANIEL NOSEK's family are seeking $500, 000 USD in compensation damages regarding their sons death. BLYTHE stated "I'm not rich, if I had to pay for something, I would have to earn,". Blythe clarified, he annually earns about $ 200,000, most earnings comes from the sale of T-shirts and merchandise.

FROM RANDY BLYTHE (LAMB OF GOD):
drandallblytheEarlier today I walked across the Legion Bridge to see the Memorial to the Victims of Communism. It is a series of male statues going up a forested hill, each statue appearing to dissolve a bit more until only a single foot is left. It's an amazing memorial. I climbed up the stairs and looked back towards the Vltava river and Staré Mesto ("Old Town" in Czech). This shot pretty much shows how I've been feeling for a whole now- torn in half, stuck in between two worlds, neither here nor there, waiting and watching for an answer to come, so that I can move forward again as a whole man. What direction I will move in, I do not know yet. Regardless, I am ready for the waiting to be over. I will move forward no matter what, and I will not be split in two anymore, no matter where I wind up. This is frustrating for me, but I am slowly learning to be a patient man. Life just happens. Deal with it.
