We've all done this and for some reason, pressed the AGREE button. If we have even READ the online contracts (legally binding) of internet service providers, forums, social networks and software/hard ware programs, perhaps we would be anything other than resenting the outrageous stipulations of "the rules" of user agreements.
However, with the rise of digital technology how much privacy is sacrificed? Is it in our best interest to AGREE to these terms and conditions, specifically (worst case scenario) when users are criminalized for violating those terms.
Lawsuits regarding and versus social networks, e-mail providers, ISP's regarding ownership of likeness, music and down right privacy are very common in this digital age.
"TERMS AND CONDITIONS MAY APPLY" is directed by CULLEN HOBACK and produced by JOHN RAMOS due out via HYRAX FILMS in theaters TODAY.
