Promoters for the 2013 edition of METAL DAYS (FESTIVAL), set to take place 7/20-27, 2013 TOLMIN, SLOVENIA have announced MY DYING BRIDE and THE GATES OF SLUMBER have CANCELED out of the fest as VICIOUS RUMORS will be the replacement act.

METAL DAYS 2013 will feature KING DIAMOND, IN FLAMES, ICED EARTH, HYPOCRISY, MAYHEM, WINTERSUN, ANNIHILATOR, SONATA ARTICA and many more extreme metal bands.

unfortunately MY DYING BRIDE had to cancel their appearance at METALDAYS 2013 due to a contractual disagreement. we are working at the moment to make sure that MY DYING BRIDE will hit the stage at METALDAYS in 2014.

Vicious Rumors- an unforgettable display of classic American heavy metal with a Slovenian flavor!

Vicious Rumors, legendary metal masters from the San Francisco bay area return to Slovenia!
The band released it's 14th album, Electric Punishment (SPV), just before a successful 30 dates European tour in May this year. The band never took any compromises, toured relentlessly for the last 30 years (also through the tough times in the 90's) and gained even more respect of the metal community therefore. Vicious Rumors are celebrating the 25th anniversary of their cult record, Digital Dictator, which put them on the world-wide metal map. Fans can expect to hear almost every song from the album, a special treat, intended only for the first edition of MetalDays, celebrating 10 years of metal in Tolmin! Of course, the band won't forget other classic songs from Welcome to the Ball, Vicious Rumors and Soldiers of the Night records, in combination with the newest material from the last two studio albums, Razorback Killers and Electric Punishment! And that's not all: Vicious Rumors have Slovenian blood pumping through their veins, slovenian bassist Tilen Hudrap (Keller, Wartune, Thraw...) will perform with the band throughout the whole Summer of Punishment European tour. Expect a heavy, metal pumped, heartfelt performance from one of the pillars of the heavy metal scene!

Vicious Rumors – nepozabna predstava klasičnega ameriškega heavy metala s slovenskim priokusom!

Legendarni metal mojstri iz San Francisca se vračajo v Slovenijo! Maja letos je skupina izdala svoj štirinajsti album, ki ga je pospremila z evropsko turnejo, na kateri so odigrali kar trideset datumov. Vicious Romors niso nikoli sprejemali kompromisov, že trideset let neumorno igrajo. Zdržali so tudi skozi za heavy metal zelo težka devedeseta in si s tem pridobili še večje spoštovanje svetovne metal skupnosti. Letos praznujejo 25 let svojega kultnega albuma Digital Dictator, ki jih je takrat dokončno postavil na metal zemljevid. V Tolminu lahko pričakujete skoraj vse skladbe s tega albuma, saj bodo ob deseti obletnici festivala odigrali poseben set, namenjen samo obiskovalcem Metaldays festivala. Seveda fantje ne bodo pozabili še na klasike z albumov Welcome To The ball, Vicious Rumors in Soldiers Of The Night, ki jih bododopolnilii s skladbami z zadnjih dveh albumov. To še ni vse! Na odru z njimi lahko vidite še nekaj slovenske krvi, saj se jim je za vso Summer Of Punishment evropsko turnejo na odru pridružil slovenski basist Tilen Hudrap (Keller, Wartune, Nature...).
