ITP V.014 METAL AT THE MOVIES PART 20 (the last of 2014) is back with two trailers from "SLAVE TO THE GRIND", a documentary on the extreme metal sub genre GRINDCORE and the sub genre's variations.

"SLAVE TO THE GRIND" features interviews with BEN FALGOUST (SOILENT GREEN, GOATWHORE) and DAVE WITTE (DISCORDANCE AXIS) and more grind musicians and bands T.B.A.

"SLAVE TO THE GRIND", currently in production, is directed by DOUG BROWN and due to be unleashed 1/1/2017 via DEATH BY DIGITAL PRODUCTIONS.

When we sat down with Dave Witte from Discordance Axis we spoke about his origins with Human Remains all the way until his time with Municipal Waste. As a long time grindhead, I was shocked at how little I knew about him. Making this film has humbled me in many ways.
The history of music is best told by those who were present. This, along with all of the interviews thus far, reminded me why this film needs to be made.
