Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. blackened-doom crust metal warriors Sól, via BANDCAMP, are streaming the bands anticipated new release "UPHEAVAL", due to be unleashed 4/28/2017 via ALERTA ANTI FASCISTA RECORDS.

Sól unleashed "BLACK MOUNTAIN", 3/24/2014 (SELF RELEASED).

We’re incredibly fortunate to have not 1 but 3 amazing record labels help us put out our new record “Upheaval” (which is now available on each of their respective bandcamp pages). Over the course of the week, we’re going to post about each label, why they rule, and why you should consider taking the time to check them out!
First up in our trilogy of cool labels, and handling the European side of this album:

In addition to the fact that AAR has been putting out excellent music for a long time (we’re release #: 122!), we wanted to work with people that share our core values as a band and as humans. Given the current state of things in the world, and considering the subject matter of our album, it’s a perfect fit working with AAR. From their impressum:

Dullest Records based out of Lansdale, Pennsylvania is one of the two US labels that helping us with the release of Upheaval. In addition to having similar tastes to ours (Danny from Dullest shares Rusty’s downright fanaticism with all things Cult of Luna), Dullest has released album after album of heavy, dark, fascinating music (Crowhurst, The Osedax, Rorcal, etc).
