ALBUM ANNOUNCEMENT: It brings me monumental elation and pride to announce our long awaited album - "To Bare the Weight of Death"

This work sets out to accomplish what its title suggests, to lay bare stark recollections and reflections on successive cycles of grief endured over the course of 5 years. Featuring 6 tracks recounting a journey from seemingly inescapable despair and hopelessness to a reconciliation with mortality and a willing embrace of Death, in all its forms, corporeal and metaphysical.

This path never remains linear, with numerous defeats along the way revealing ever more caustic layers of grief. Despite these realities of loss, in a complete surrender to Death, a profound sense of appreciation for Life that was previously elusive is ultimately gleaned from the grave side.

This was an album that demanded to be revisited and refined after each touch of Death imparted new sorrows and grievances to be eventually overcome, at times in victorious life affirming strides, at others by clawing forward inch by inch, dragged ever onwards only by true Will. Relentlessly honest and emotive, To Bare the Weight of Death heralds a triumph in the unity of Life and Death. This union only made possible by the acceptance of the inextricable nature of the two forces. Andracca invites the listener to share in this triumph in an ecstatic seizing of their own Life and Will.
