ITP V.012 UPDATE: Considering some unfortunate situations and my considerable unhappiness regarding my living resources, ITP V.012 schedule has changed as I'll see if I can SQUEEZE in some reviews this weekend and ITP V.012 news features early next week, reversing the schedule. As per some issues where I live, I promise those whom are responsible for perhaps criminal mischief, WILL BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE by any means necessary.
Yes, this blog ITP V.012 WILL stay active, although I can't promise that I won't postpone ITP V.012 REVIEWS until the summer or the fall of 2012, time issues. I might sue and criminalize certain individuals for their activities.
BTW, as per stated in the disclaimer on the right hand side of journal, if you're under 18, I would prefer if you didn't read this blog, or parental advisory for those under 18.
A couple of humorous antidotes this week: A bought some iced tea, "BRISK", I look on the label and it states "SOPA ARTIST", and um, eww yuk, I didn't finish drinking the Iced Tea, as I'm not understanding the context of the label.
We at ITP V.012 stand in solidarity against SOPA (internet bill) and the likewise European bill, ACTA as we stand for the protest against SOPA's European counterpart (ACTU)..However, I don't have the time, to go on a full protest against ACTU, as ITP V.012 did that already against SOPA as that bill here in the USA is DEAD.
FROM WASHINGTON POST:
Things may have simmered down with the SOPA/PIPA battle in the United States, but across the pond, the fight against the Anti-Counterfeiting Trademark Agreement (ACTA) is boiling over.
A protester wearing a Guy Fawkes mask takes part in a protest against ACTA in central Brussels on Jan. 28. (YVES HERMAN - REUTERS) Demonstrations are spreading across Europe, both on and offline, to protest ACTA and the effect it could have on online freedom of speech. One of the biggest concerns is that ACTA could force Internet service providers to be responsible for copyright infringements by users, making everyday surveillance of Web usage a real possibility.
In Prague on Wednesday, hundreds of people organized by the Czech Pirate Party gathered in the city center to protest the agreement, Czech news site Ceske Novine reports. Late last month, protesters wearing Guy Fawkes masks took to the streets in Brussels. And on Feb. 11, a protest hoped to be as large as the Internet blackout over SOPA has been planned, according to Geekosystem. The organizer of the protest is Access, a group that works to protect human rights on the Internet.
While 22 countries in Europe have already signed ACTA, the European Parliament has yet to pass it.
There may be little hope for the agreement being dropped, however, if the government officials charged with signing it are like one Slovenian ambassador.
When Helena DrnovÅ¡ek Zorko received a deluge of criticism after signing ACTA, this gem of a response appeared on her blog: “I signed ACTA out of civic carelessness,” she wrote, admitting she hadn’t properly researched the bill. “I did not pay enough attention. ... [and] I missed an opportunity to fight for the right of conscientious objection on the part of us bureaucrats.”
A longer explanation of ACTA can be found at al-Jazeera’s the Stream.
Secondly, on constitutionalism and civil rights and liberties: Perhaps we should respect bloggers, black women's and the VICTIMS civil rights and liberties in this democracy.
Also, this blog is owned by me, not some slumlord with his bug infested rental as the blog is copy written, and if anyone makes threats against the blogger, me, I will hold them accountable for slander, defamation of character, threats, harassment ect. There won't be any of that "holding the blogger for hostage or ransom" or if someone commits a crime against the blogger, converts property, homophobic commentary (hate crimes), sexual harassment speaking of civil rights and liberties they will be held accountable, including stealing, indenty theft and mail fraud. ITP V.012 will NOT be the decoy for other people in their denial (deadbeat dads in denial Bindu Platts, ITP V.012 is not a parent, and it aint me) as the blogger made statements of fact.
ITP V.012 REVISED SCHEDULE TBA IN A FEW HOURS:
