FROM BLOOD MUSIC:
As has been pointed out to us, one of the suspects in a highly publicized shooting had the Perturbator “Dangerous Days” artwork as his cover photo on Facebook.
This story has been picked up by hundreds of media outlets internationally, and we've been asked for comment by these publications, but we will only comment about this once – here and now.
Perturbator and Blood Music are not political projects. None of us personally involved with Perturbator nor Blood Music support violence in any form.
We are creating and transmitting art and entertainment, and any extraneous, out-of-context reading into song or album titles in a purely literal sense have skipped the point completely.
We are deeply upset any time these occurrences take place in any country in any part of the world. In USA, in Europe, in the Middle East, in Asia, in Africa. None of these are any less significant than others.
We are against violence in all of its forms.
We are not related to this story and can only lend our support and our sincere wishes for this never to happen again.
Our deepest sympathies go out to all the victims, their families, their friends, their acquaintances, the people of the area in which this occurred and anyone else this has impacted.
There was no need to name the individual behind Perturbator in these articles and attempt to link the artist to any ideology.
This is sensationalism, is completely irrelevant to the case at hand, and we do not want to be a part of selling newspapers, ad clicks, or helping keep this gossip-mongering in business.

FROM PERTURBATOR:
What happened in Santa Fe is atrocious and all my thoughts are with the victims and families. I feel it is unnecessary to further explain my position regarding this tragedy as i do not want medias to make any more assumptions about me or twist my words to fit their sensationalist agenda.
Stay safe, everyone.
