 Promoters for NAESTVED METAL FEST 2024, set to take place 8/29th, 30th, 31st, 2024 NAESTVED, DENMARK have confirmed SATYRICON, CENTINEX, NERVO CHAOS, BRAINSTORM,  VANIR, RED WARSZAWA and MORE METAL BANDS.

With the announcement today of this year's headliner, the Norwegian legends Næstved Metalfest will be on the entire map for good. SATYRICON with Satyr and Frost as the frontrunners, has existed for over three decades and has managed to stay relevant and timeless throughout time, from refined black metal to several alternative takes on extreme metal and most recently an ambitious work of music based on the paintings and art of the compatriot Munch. When SATYRICON hosts the large Open Air stage in Næstved in August, it will be the only concert in Denmark in 2024 and we look forward to singing along to hits such as ̈”K.I.N.G”, ”Mother North” and ”Dark Medieval Times”.

Together with SATYRICON we are adding a good handful of bands to the poster. The seven new names count Centinex(SE), Red Warszawa(DK), NervoChaos(BR), Advocacy Denmark(DK), Avarice(DK) & Vanir (DE), Brainstorm (DK).

It's important for Næstved Metalfest to show musical breadth as well as book bands that the other festivals don't have on the agenda. Therefore it is a minor victory to be able to welcome the classic German heavy metal band BRAINSTORM, who was formed back in 1989, and who have not played in Denmark in a human age. The same is true in the more extreme part of the metal genre, where the Swedish death-metal pioneers CENTINEX, who were last in Næstved in 1997, return to South Zealand's capital and entertain. All the way from Brazil we fly in the cult band NERVOCHAOS, who in 2023 played over 100 concerts alone. And from the national latitudes, the melo-death veterans VANIR come and visit Næstved Metalfest for the first time since the festival was held for the first time in 2019. From the Danish growth team, it stands on progressive metal from ADVOCACY and death-thrash from AVARICE. This year's party feature comes from RED WARSZAWA, who has promised to make a performance beyond the ordinary

3-day tickets for 999 kr. , and different packaging solution with t-shirts and drinks.

The last names for Næstved Metalfest 2024 are expected to be published in March and the game plan will follow shortly after.

Previously announced bands are Asinhell(DK), Tiamat(SE), BAEST(DK), TThreshold(UK), Bersærk(DK), NECROPHOBIC(SE), Tygers Of Pan Tang(UK), Demonical(SE), Svartsot :2048:Submission](DK), Defecto(Dk), Everdawn(US), Blazing Eternity (Official)(DK) , Shadowspawn(DK). Michael Catton(DK, Sylvatica DK) & Ring of Gyges(IS).

In total, 32 bands will be at the Næstved Metalfest 2024 poster spread over three stages and three days.

In addition to that, Næstved Metalfest offers rock bars, food stalls, specialty beer stands, DJ stand, art area, Metal bingo, Biergarten and much more.

REMEMBER! There is a light train between Næstved and Kbh. Main station, so it only takes 40 minutes to arrive from KBH H.
