METAL AT THE MOVIES: PART 8: CLASH OF THE TITANS
OK, I admit, this movie has NOTHING to do with metal, but I wouldn't mind seeing CLASH OF THE TITANS.In Greek Mythology, there are multiple Gods and Goddesses, also noted in Norse and Native American mythology. Monotheism is only a Christian and Catholic myth. There was a movie called CLASH OF THE TITANS in the 80's, not bad. As the Greek Gods have spoken, and btw, WTF is that scawee monster, a scorpion, jumbo crab, wtf?
FROM CLASH OF THE TITANS:
Worthington says that when he and his co-star Ralph Fiennes walked up to the set and saw each other in dresses they had a laugh, and continued to laugh a lot during the shooting. That’s why he thinks it should be fun for the audience as well. “It’s about a bunch of guys in skirts who grab a sword and fight monsters, so you kinda know what world you’re getting into. It’s not a history lesson.”
When he was asked about the original ‘Clash,’ Worthington said that they avoided major story changes from the 1981 classic. “I saw the original movie because I was curious to know if it was worth remaking,” he says. “People who remember the original from their childhood- it will probably bring their childhood back to them. We added some winks to it, but if you do too many of them it can be a bit cheesy.”
