UK Gothic/blackened extreme metal warriors CRADLE OF FILTH  have discussed the writing process of the bands anticipated new release "HAMMER OF THE WITCHES", due to be unleashed 7/10/2015  via NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS. 



CRADLE OF FILTH inked a world wide record deal with NUCLEAR BLAST RECORDS.








CRADLE OF FILTH guitarist PAUL ALLENDER left the band this year.

CRADLE OF FILTH unleashed  "The Manticore and Other Horrors" 10/30/2012 (NORTH AMERICA-ON NUCLEAR BLAST) and 10/29/2012 (EUROPE on PEACEVILLE RECORDS).

Barbarous hellhounds Cradle of Filth are set to release their forthcoming album ‪#‎HammerOfTheWitches‬ on July 10th via Nuclear Blast Records.
The band recently revealed the first track, "Right Wing Of The Garden Triptych," from the new offering and today sees front man Dani Filth and his filthy cohorts discussing the writing of the album in the first of a series of album trailers.

The band's highly anticipated and caliginous creation was brought to fruition in Britain’s Witch County, in darkest rural Suffolk at the reputedly haunted Grindstone Studios. The album’s title is named after the ‘Malleus Maleficarum’, a medieval document of guidelines regarding the persecution and torture of witches – but Cradle Of Filth’s title version is more retributory: It’s the Hammer Of The Witches; the hammer is in the witches' hands and it's payback time.
