ITP V.015 THE MUSIC BUSINESS: ROCK THE NATION MERGES WITH CONTINENTAL CONCERTS

In a press release dated 6/6/2015, CONTINENTAL CONCERTS and MANAGEMENT GMBH, have announced a merger with ROCK THE NATION.

FROM CONTINENTAL CONCERTS:
It is official! US booking agency Rock The Nation America has merged with European titans Continental Concerts & Management GmbH. Both companies will be sharing logistics and touring services on a worldwide level for their artists. RTN will be changing the name and adopting their counterparts name as Continental Concerts effective immediately.
Continental CEO Gerald Wilkes comments: "Now it´s official. A big welcome to our new partners in America! It´s a big step for all of us to join forces in this new alliance and we are looking forward to many successful tours in the future.”

Continental USA Operational Manager/CEO Maurizio Iacono adds: “It’s with great pleasure that we confirm this great new partnership with one of the top European booking agencies Continental Concerts & Management based out of Dortmund Germany, who has helped develop the careers of many top level bands throughout the years, we will be working closely together to deliver top quality service to our touring bands and ensure our clients success on a global level, let it all begin!“
