MARY FOSBERG-WEILAND: (EDITORIAL IN ROLLING STONE): :"DON'T GLORIFY THIS TRAGEDY"

MARY FOSBERG-WEILAND, ex (first) wife and widow of former STONE TEMPLE PILOTS and VELVET REVOLVER vocalist SCOTT WEILAND has written an editorial in ROLLING STONE about the tragic effects of SCOTT'S drug abuse in relation to his family.

Last Thursday (12/3/2015), former STONE TEMPLE PILOTS and VELVET REVOLVER vocalist
SCOTT WEILAND was found dead on his tour bus (while on tour with his band the WILDABOUTS in Minnesota) at 48.

TOMMY BLACK, 47 year old bassist of SCOTT WEILAND AND THE WILDABOUTS was arrested last Friday for "PROBABLE CAUSE/ 5TH DEGREE POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE" as cocaine was found on the bands tour bus in Minnesota.

SCOTT WEILAND had a history of heroin and drug abuse as he was arrested in 1995 for attempting to buy crack cocaine. SCOTT WEILAND AND THE WILDABOUTS guitarist JEREMY BROWN died of accidental intoxication of drugs in MARCH of 2015.

SCOTT WEILAND (and THE WILDABOUTS) unleashed "BLASTER", 3/31/2015 via SOFTDRIVE RECORDS.

SCOTT WEILAND performed on STONE TEMPLE PILOTS self titled release, unleashed 5/21/2010 via ATLANTIC RECORDS.
