FROM LAMBGOAT:

Canadian power metal band The Scepter performed a private concert at Bruyère Health in Ottawa for 27-year-old metal fan Tim Berry.
Tim Berry, who faces significant medical challenges, had dreamed of attending a heavy metal concert but was medically unable to do so.
Staff at Bruyère Health worked with local venue Dominion Tavern to bring the show directly to him, staging a free performance in a board room with sound, lighting, and equipment donated.
Hospital staff helped Berry get ready, painting his nails black and dressing him in a metal shirt.
Several other patients were also able to attend the performance.
The Scepter guitarist Josh Collins described the set as an emotional experience, telling CTV News Ottawa, "We were happy to have our sunglasses on."
Bruyère Health clinical chaplain Roshene Lawson added, "I had nurses coming up to me after and hugging me and tearing up and saying, 'I'm so glad Tim got to have this.'"
Bruyère Health shared: "Sometimes the best medicine is a little live music."
When a patient shared his dream of experiencing a heavy metal concert, our team worked with some incredible community partners to make it happen right here at Bruyère Health.
HUGE thanks to our teams, @dominiontavern and @thesceptermetal!
