ITP V.014 UPDATE: MUSIC NEWS HQ BUSTED

Regarding a clarification about MUSIC NEWS HQ, I've said this before, and I'll say it again: MUSIC NEWS HQ practically plagiarized ITP V.014's content without permission and consent, clearly duplicating my journal.

MUSIC NEWS HQ was NEVER an official syndicate and had no consent to use ITP's feed as MUSIC NEWS HQ used ITP journal entries in it's entirety, they were caught and told by ITP V.014 author to take it down as they was no consent, there fore copy right and creative commons violations if they didn't respect my will.

In the event of ITP V.014 (as none of you have) CONSENT, as on most ITP official syndicates and the way social networks work, only the lead, first paragraph can be used, for example:

 ITP V.014 NEVER HAS, and NEVER WILL, (MY CHOICE) have anything to do with MUSIC NEWSHQ. 

 The process of confronting MUSIC NEWS HQ  went something like this:

Your site, stealing my content is taking band width, and hits from my blog, as I don't write for you, MUSIC NEWS HQ has no consent to use my content (write your own).
For future reference, a suggestion, if you do get consent from a blogger to use their feed, just feature the LEAD (first paragraph) with a backlink, not the whole journal entry. Posting our blog entries in it's entirety would take hits and defeat the purpose of our hard work as you have no permission, you're not a syndicate, nor consent.
Please delete all of ITP V.014 journal entries from your site or a DMCA take down notice will be sent to MUSIC NEWS HQ.

We're simply "reblogging" or "aggregating", kind of like how Google News / Tumblr / Feedly / Flipboard do it. We didn't mean to offend you at all. We're trying to strike the right balance here between promotion and reblogging.
That is why I'm not on TUMBLR, there is no way to control content vs. copyright infringement within that format. If the RIAA had there way via DMCA take downs, TUMBLR and MUSICNEWSHQ would be taken DOWN. I'm no fan of the DMCA either, and you don't want to deal with them.  

We provide backlinks which will increase your Google PageRank, and according to conversations with SEO people Google will still see your blog as the "authority" text here. 
FROM ITP V.014: : FORMAT: "You're doing it WRONG": I don't need you to re-blog, nor aggregate my content as you're missing the point not seeing the forests from the trees, YOU HAVE NO CONSENT TO USE MY COPYRIGHTED, NOR CREATIVE COMMONS CONTENT.  Not to mention, the back links are done incorrectly as I clearly stated in my original e-mail complaining: For future reference, a suggestion, if you do get consent from a blogger to use their feed, just feature the LEAD (first paragraph) with a backlink, not the whole journal entry. It does not increase my GOOGLE PAGE RANK nor hits, only yours (how selfish MUSICNEWSHQ), exclusive metal news ITP breaks, as some other webzines feature video and music exclusives, through hard work and industry and PR connections, why shouldn't we go viral first, please be considerate. 
MUSICNEWSHQ gets about as many hits per month as ITP 22, 00-30, 000 hits as you're stealing content, and not writing your own, it really has cut into my average of hits about 1, 000 to 2, 000 hits per day it;'s like having a duplicate blog and that's a no, no on the internet. 
If you'd be agreeable, we can add you to our "restricted sources" list - which will only show an excerpt from the blogs we promote from your site. We'd love to be able to include your site in our list of sources.

NO, absolutely NOT. MUSICNEWSHQ had to consent nor permission to begin with. Always credit your sources unless they choose to be anonymous or you can confirm accuracy but can confirm the identity of the source. 
Not sure if the credibility of this source, I heard MUSICNEWSHQ is for sale?

Are you open to that?

PS: It's not our intention to "steal" your content or bandwidth! Also, isn't Blogspot hosting free? How are we stealing something that's free? :)

I choose a free blog, time and money spent on the web is enormous, domains and websites on BLOGGER and WORDPRESS cost money, ITP V.014 is not monetized nor affiliated with ADSENSE, however, MUSICNEWSHQ is monetized on ADSENSE, and us poor writers don't get a penny. 
If ITP V.014 was monetized, my ad revenue would go down with nearly a duplicate public blog (without ITP V.014 author's permission and consent) on the net.
Here are MUSICNEWSHQ options regarding ITP V.014 content: Stop the website highjacking. Either take my content down off your site, do NOT use my feed, or a DMCA take down notice will be sent, further DMCA and CREATIVE COMMONS violations and your site could be taken down. 
Look all of this up before you use others content without consent.

Now, keep in mind, this is not censorship, MUSICNEWS HQ can write whatever they want, ON THEIR OWN, ITP did not CONSENT to my content being on their site, as I want live hits to ITP here on Blogger and the credit.

 On an unrelated note, regarding anyone impersonating a "record label", (VERNON COLEMAN some mentally ill , retard and SUSAN BLACKBURN, they will be charged with copy fraud, impersonation (both misdemeanors), and whatever they are hiding as we, and the NY STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL are coming after them , as they own no copy right nor any record label, no content and are hiding something substantial , as trying to suppress information and evidence in their paranoia will open up a huge can of worms on what the
y're hiding. 

 While ITP V.014 is objective source, and independent from record labels, (REVIEWS can NOT be written nor censored by record labels nor anyone else) , ITP is trusted media partner for metal news, and civil liberties will not be violated.

Had the bloggers content been STOLEN via the HUFFINGTON POST, the bloggers would have a substantial case. 
ITP V.014 broke the SURRENDER OF DIVINITY story and it went viral and got into the dirty hands of the HUFFINGTON POST, still waiting for my credit and paycheck.
