Former federal prosecutor GLENN KIRSCHNER spoke to MSNBC about the importance of JON SCHAFFER'S plea deal regarding the 1/6/2021 capitol hill riots.

SCHAFFER plead guilty to Obstruction of an official proceeding of congress and trespassing on restricted grounds.

JON SCHAFFER admitted he's a lifetime member of far right group The Oathkeepsers although the Indiana chapter denies his membership.

U.S. Government prosecutors state they do not oppose JON SCHAFFER'S release.

As the U.S. CONGRESS were counting Presidential electorates and certifying U.S. President elect JOE BIDEN, TRUMP supporters and right wing, nationalists rioted and stormed the capital, breaking into the building and disrupting Congress

Five people died in the riots.
