1st AMENDMENT RIGHTS VS. SLANDER AND DEFAMATION OF CHARACTER:

I was just talking to a friend of mine about constitutional rights and freedom of speech vs. slander and defmation of character.

The difference between first amendment rights, freedom of speech and slander and defamation of character.

You can not evict someone for blogging or their opinions. You can't perform a retaliatory eviction based upon YOU being sued for slander and defamation of character.

It doesn't matter if you agree with them (the blogger) or not.

Lieing about someone (including bloggers) is slander and defamation of character.

Our forefathers killed and died for our constitutional rights and I would be the first in line to go to war for that in a true democracy.

Our foerfathers killed, went to war and died for that and certainly would for my constitutional rights.

What the First Amendment Protects
