ATARAXIE: POST NEW TRACK "The Isle of the Dead" FROM PROJECT X

French funeral doomsters ATARAXIE have posted a new track entitled "The Isle of the Dead" on YOU TUBE from the bands anticipated new release PROJECT X due to be unleashed 10/1/2011 on WEIRD TRUTH RECORDS.

We've been confirmed by Weird Truth today that the final release date for Project X is set to october 1st.
It's nearly just a month of waiting until Project X is available... you're impatient ? So are we, and so... here is another full song from Project X, this one is called "The Isle of the Dead".

It was once available on "The Other Path", our first, demo, but this version has been re-recorded from scratch, and it now sounds far doomier than ever...

Ataraxie is an extreme doom-death metal band, formed at the end of 2000. Their music has early ‘90s doom/death metal roots, mixed up with extreme doom-metal elements, and old school death metal elements. The lyrics are part English, part French. Their album ‘Slow transcending agony’ is considered to be a milestone in the history of doom/death metal.
