Louisville, Kentucky based USBM project PANOPTICON have unleashed a new video "Capricious Miles" (check the bands facebook for the video URL), a track from from the bands anticipated new release "Roads to the North", due to be unleashed 8/1/2014 via BINDRUNE RECORDINGS.

PANOPTICON just unleashed a SPLIT release with FALLS OF RAUROS as DECIBEL are steaming a few tracks exclusively.
