Swedish DSBM, ambient, black metal warriors HYPOTHERMIA have inked a deal with French record label AGONIA RECORDS.

We're pleased to announce the signing of the Swedish ritualistic rock/black metal band Hypothermia (featuring ex-members of Lifelover and members of Kall).

Band's new album, the successor to "Skogens hjärta" (2010), is set to be released in early 2015.
The mysticism of Hypothermia is characterized by its highly ritualistic compositions, which are conducted in shamanistic trances of minimalism, and binding their followers in its meditative spell. Always recorded live, sharing with the world something honest and unique.
Hypothermia was founded in 2001 as a means to channel negativity and manifest it in audial form. "Following ancient traditions carried in spirit and blood, through wanderings and introspective journeys a communion with a deity of the void is formed" - comments the band.
After being active for thirteen years the constellation of Hypothermia that has evolved through the years from a duo to a trio, will be stepping further out of obscurity by slowly evolving to an orchestra.
Commented by Kim Carlsson (vocals/guitars): "It is with great joy and pride that we announce this union for our three upcoming works of ritualistic minimalism! As two strong forces emerging out into the world from the underground, we believe this collaboration will elevate and prove to our congregation that those with a bleeding devotion will be rewarded, thus we raise our chalices for a new era!"

ITP V.014 WORLD APOCALYPSE: GRAND JURY FAILS TO INDICT NYPD OFFICER REGARDING ERIC GARNER's DEATH VIA CHOKE HOLD

News sources have stated, via a grand jury that there will be NO INDICTMENT (no justice)  nor charges against New York Police Officer Daniel Pantaleo regarding the death of 44 year old man ERIC GARNER  (summer 2014 Staten Island, NYC, NY ) whom died in choke hold in custody during an arrest.                                                                                                                                                
The below video of 44 year old man ERIC GARNER's arrest had gone viral for about 2 or three weeks last summer 2014.  JULY 17th, 2014, NYPD made a controversial arrest via a chokehold regarding a man whom WAS NOT resisting arrest, unarmed as GARNER pleaded, "I can't breathe, I can't breathe".

It is unlawful for police to use choke holds and lethal force during arrests as that tactic is BANNED although there are still thousands of complaints of such tactics and illegal force. GARNER was breaking up a fight.

Last summer 2014, the NYC MEDICAL EXAMINER'S office ruled ERIC GARNER's death a homicide as the EMT did not administer CPR.

Ohhhhh, nooooooooo. This "verdict" is some BULLSHIT, and there's video and everything. Eric Garner seemed submissive, non violent, and very articulate. I send heart felt condolences to ERIC GARNER's family, friends and children as this verdict of failing to indict the cop that choked Eric Garner (choke holds are illegal via the NYPD) is a major travesty of JUSTICE. I'm soo sorry. Fuck this verdict.

 We were hoping for a murder conviction charge or at least voluntary manslaughter regarding police brutality is in order, no justice no PEACE. We can't have our police murdering our civilians over nothing, as this seems disproportionate to minority groups.



This is a situation, as for the twist of fate, turned into a life or death situation, by fault of police corruption and incompetence, if GARNER would have defended himself, where resisting arrest via the chokehold would have been a better idea, and I would support, you live to tell the tale, and deal with the rest in court. As this incident, being filmed clearly shows what the cops are NOT supposed to do.
