This week, (or in a week) the U.S. Supreme Court will make a decision on DOMA (Defense Of Marriage Act) and Proposition 8 (California's ban of gay marriage) as ITP V.013 supports marriage equality.

New York State legalized gay marriage in 2011, as many other U.S. states and nations during the last few years.

ITP V.013 author will sue and press charges against a stalker neighbor VERNON COLEMAN, and his associates for a hate crime for stalking and menacing women, making slanderous, hateful, defamatory, homophobic and offensive comments (yelling and screaming to himself late at night), harassing women and gays, and making threats towards me and my family, all illegal behavior. We suspect that VERNON COLEMAN is obviously a wingnut, not a landlord nor copy right holder, as his behavior is drug or alcohol related.
VERNON COLEMAN's random babbling, lying, homophobic comments of misguided HATE, and fire starting has to end. COLEMAN nearly started a fire last week, with smoke all over the place (stove fire) as we had to call the fire department and evacuate the whole house, as he does not work at all, we will not tolerate this abuse. We will forward this complaint to New York State Housing Discriminating Department and sue this land owner and COLEMAN..
